im not very good at writing letters and need so help with wording plz, with halloween holidays coming up i want to take my mindees out for trips i already have their permission for this but want to ask them to contribrute (sp) to the cost of these outting as they are expensive and money is tight here i was unemployed for 5 weeks and this is only my 2nd month of childminding, i will be doing free stuff to

Saying any donations for the forthcoming Halloween trip would be gratefully received........

How about using some Halloween pictures on a poster type thing and get the kids to colour it in. Ask on there for a contribution towards the fun things you have planned for the half term and list a few of the things.

Maybe state some have a cost and some are free. That way they wont think you are just doing things that are going to need money.
