One of my long term friends, whose daughter I have often babysat in the past, offered to be one of my Referee's for my Ofsted application.

The only thing is she is really shy, and she doesn't mind writing a reference but is worried they will phone her and conduct some sort of interview...could this happen?!

This is what they did for my referees too!!!

Its just that it said they want a telephone number!

They didn't phone mine either, they sent a form out for each one to complete. May be the phone number is to chase the form if its not returned?

Could be, well she doesn't have a home phone number anyway and wouldn't be happy with me giving her mobile out.
If i leave it blank hopefully it will be ok.

I feel it is taking forever to fill out the form lol
