alot of this has been on here lately

so just wondering if i have friends round to play in minding hour with there children and the parents are here and responsable for there own children

i know this is ok with ofasted and they not counted in my number but what about my insurence is it invalid if the number of children i nt he house is over 10 as that is what i insurered for even if the children are with there parents and they are there responsability?

If the parents are there then they are responsible for them, it's fine :) you aren't minding them, there's no contracts etc so nothing to do with your insurance although I do believe that public liability by it's very nature means anyone can claim against you not just your mindees (I think, don't quote me!)
