I can't get it up!! I've opened it about halfway and that's as far as I can manage. Is there a trick to opening it that I should know? xx

have you tried using your foot to push down each section at the back, put your foot on the metal bar where the handle is to pull up, does that make sense. It can be quite hard the first few times.
