ok so i have got my scrapbook and some photos of c and what i want to know is when i link something say to PSED do i just write psed next to my obs or do i have to say what in the psed its linked to ie.. making relationships or self care etc

also do i have to do next steps in the same obs book

Thats what i do. I link it then then what part it is. I use a sheet (I like sheets:blush: ) which I put my next steps on:)

i have sheets i was gonna stick them in a scrap book with a photo

I sometimes jot an ob down on a white sticky label, I don't always do next steps.

I use a folder - little ocd with them like plastic wallets and everything. Also use photos as much as I can but camera at the minute:crying:

But trying to use post it notes more and not writing it out again but its not happened yet:)
