:(
when i've lost all motivation
had a new mindee start yesterday and after thinking she was going to be a nightmare she was fantastic and screamed when it was time to leave (and cried til bedtime apparently :o )
today i had another mindee who i found hard work, not motivation to do anything (although to be fair she went home early as she wasn't well)
her mum is fab and bought me a printer cartridge  and popped it through the door when i was doing the school run.
my older mindee D is a treasure, such a joy to be around.
so tbh i don't really know why i've lost all motivation today
