I 'm having my reg visit on Monday morning, and wondered if you can give me any advise on what they look for, getting really nervous about it.

I suppose it's up to you Sarah but I wouldn't as strictly speaking she's just coming to your home at the moment not a business if you see what I mean.

You could just mention it though so she knows that you will have one?
