should have been when i'd been reg 6 months but didn't have any mindees, they told me to call them if & when I got some, start minding tomorrow 2 hours before school 3 times a week, what are ofsted going to expect from me at that time of the morning?

I think that is mad. I am recently registered in Wales (CSSIW not Ofsted) and I had mindees lined up ready but was not allowed to start until my inspection had been passed.

Many first time inspections need minor ammendments before they pass.

I think it is unfair that your first inspection is at abusy time.
