Hello everyone have just registered on the forum. At the moment I am reregistering as a childminder after working for 10 yrs in a school.

I am booked on a paediatric first aid course at end of October. I have a question. Do I need to wait until I have been on the course before I register with ofsted and they come to do thier pre reg check.

It depends on your local council if you can register before finishing the ICP course. Some councils don't give you the forms until afterwards. I asked for mine earlier and was given them and registered about half way through the course.
