Please can someone help me??? I have a memory stick and a laptop lol

copy and paste it into a writing document on your laptop - Word, Wordperfect etc.

Copy out of the Ofsted form using control and c, paste into your writing doc using control and v.

Word is excellent and you can get a free download here if you don't already have it -

Put the document onto your desktop (to make it easier).

Put the memory stick into your laptop - find it - browse through my computer if it doesn't automatically come up...

Open the memory stick - it should say something like add files, pick up your word doc and put it onto the stick :D
