As i was changing my 12 month old mindee just noticed a massive bruise on the inside of his leg. Top part of leg. It's Brown/yellowing so isn't new poss done over weekend. Should i make a note of this and get mum to sign it?
Not sure what everyone else does in this Circumstance

I would record it in the accident book, under existing injuries, and get mum to sign it when she collects. There may be a simple explanation but it's best to cover yourself.

same as others have said ... ALSO note down what the parent tells you if possible whilst the parent is still with you. It maybe just that he sat on a toy but definatly note it down. If you do take a photo ensure the parents know you have done so and that you will be attatching the photo with the incident report.
