The kids are having a ball with the cardboard rocket so we are well and truly stuck in space at the minute :laughing: so I thought I'd share a couple of pics

We made our own moon surface and backdrop for small world play. Very messy but lots of fun :D We used modroc- never used it before but its fab stuff so will definately get some more :thumbsup:

We have a giant roll of modroc from when DH made a train set baseboard with scenery. It is the stuff that was used for plaster casts when you broke a limb. Sort of bandage with plaster in it already - you wet it and mould it over things, DD made a lovely zebra with a wire form covered in it for school.:)
Love the small world scenery, might copy if you don't mind:thumbsup:

We are planning on painting it next week (when after schooler is back as its partly his project too) and think a little bit of glitter may be in order to finish it off :D
I got my modroc from ebay in case anyone is after some :thumbsup:

yep :D Should have done it in the garden really as I am still wiping bits from my kitchen sides :laughing:
