I put in my diary and I have to do a mental check on school run every day that I'm going to right school and who I'm picking up. Will be ingrained in stone in a few weeks I'm sure.

I use a family planner from Smiths. Each child gets a tick for each day they are due. However I only go to one school campus and I just tend to wait until there is no one left. Then I know I have everyone:D

I write it in my diary but never look - I have a 7 seat vehicle and can only have 6 mindees so its not that hard to remember and all come on set days and I just remember them. If I had a flexible one like I had last year then I would need to write that down and check every day - I suppose if I stick to collecting from the school I'm collecting from now I could go over the 6 as I can walk there and then it may get a bit confused but I did manage to collect from 4 schools this time last year without forgetting who I had when - just had to make note of flexi girl cause that was a big mixture of am and pm - gosh and I thought I was scatty - I'm just not organised enough to write stuff down and then check it I suppose - thats even more paperwork to me - i only check my diary in the mornings before I start work and in the evenings when all mindees go home - no time in between.

I have 11 full contracts, all p-t, and collect from 2 schools and a nursery. Perhaps my memory is better than I thought it was at my age. I haven't left one yet!
