Hi just a quickie,when youre prospective parents have read your policies and signed to say they have, do you give them a copy of each policy in their welcome pack or just a list of the policies they have read and signed for cheers jean

Mine get a short version with just the main points from each policy.

They are shown where the policies and procedures live on the back shelf.

They are offered a copy of all the p & ps on a cd (more eco friendly than half a tree).

i make them read mine, and i give them a cd with all policies on the parents then sign a form to say they have read and recieved cd of policies x

Mine get the half a tree version and they sign one sheet listing all the P&P's - sign and return that sheet to me.

Might pinch Sarahs idea of putting them on CD or might start emailing them.
