have you made your own or bought some?
i have just got some mindees who want an invoice every 2 weeks as it varies week to week what hours i have them i have never done invoices before as last mindee was same hrs everyweek and money went straight into my bank account

hi i do monthly ones for my parents. i just do them myself its easy really on the computer. heres an example of how i do it
Childs name and sept
Wk beg
1st 4 days at £?= £?
7th- 5 days at £? = £?
14th-5 days at £? = £?
21st 5 days at £? = £?
28th 3 days at £?= £?
total £?

yes if you charge hourly then do it that way. i charge daily so just put days rate.
i bill them for the following month at the end of the previous month so they usually give me a cheque at the beg of month so i am paid in advance, any extras or money i owe them is put on the next months bill if you know what i mean!

me too. I have parents paying hourly and daily so I just amend it accordingly and I ALWAYS print my fees policy on the back

forgot to say i usually print 2 copies out and give them one back signed as a receipt and mark one paid to keep for my acoounts.
