I had my first inspection back in July and was graded good overall, but was really unhappy about the wording of parts of my report. Anyway, I emailed my concerns, spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with a team leader and today found out they are going to make all but 1 of the changes I requested :clapping: :clapping:

Thank you - it was as a result of help from this forum that I went ahead and complained in the first place - so thank you all agian :thumbsup:

I asked for the wording of mine to be changed too.

The inspector said she had to find how to do it, as had never been asked to before. She was going on leave next day so would phone me that day if she couldn' change it. Didn't hear anything, so assume it has been changed! The original report is not on OFSTED website yet, but I haven't recieved an amended report eother though......

Shows it's worth asking/ complaining!!
