sorry this may sound a silly question, but how do you know what you need to acheive/have in place in order to get each grade (if that makes sense) i.e what would I have to do different to get a good or outstanding ?

also the other childminders in the village have said regardless of what effort I put in I will only be graded satifsactory on my first ever grading - is this correct ?

I have my ofsted briefing session tonight prior to my course starting, so they may well explain it then
