Just wondering if someone can show me a copy of an invoice they do for their parents. :D

Im bit stuck to what i need put on one or how to do the lay out (as not sure what need to include 100%)

Id like get one made up now so easier when have to do one later on

i havent got a scanner sorry

I use one of the cheque book style reciept books.

I put my name and URN, the date, and 'childminding' on.

The parents name
name of the child
the days and hours I have the child and the fee
detail of any additions or deductions for the month/week

this is one of my old ones

Childs Name: XXXXXXXX

Payment to cover: 13th January 2009 – 6th February 2009.

Usual Contracted Rate: £240
(here i add in any additional hours/detracted hours)

Next Payment Date: 10th February 2009.
