I just spent 2 hours writing my "setting" park out in word so that i could spell check ect, and now ive just tried to copy paste it and it doesnt let me... i kinda get why, but can i get a little sob anyways?? I gotta do it all over again!

Copy out of Word using either right click and copy or control and c...

Paste into the online SEF using control and v :D
