I've had a document from ofsted to fill in to have a variance and they said i could email it back but i can't make it work (to fill the form in) and i've tried all the programmes that i have as any1 got that works on microsoft works??? Can anyone help please Gail

Hiya, I had this problem too :( I had to copy it and then paste it into a new document on word processor then it should let you change and add things :)
when you have finished attach the file to a new email.

If you go on to the ofsted website you will find the same document they sent, save you copying it.
