Hi
Yes I know we have
I have all my RA's in place and do a full house one each month.
What I am looking for is a daily checklist type thing if anyone has one please :)

I went round all the rooms I use and the garden noting risks.
My kids put in onto a grid with columns to tick each morning.
ie. Kitchen -
fridge temp, knives away, undersink cupboard locked, dog bowls away, safety gate across doorway, clean cloths, bin emptied and clean
Garden - boundaries secure, animal faeces checked (we have moved to country and one of our young cows got in the garden the other day - luckily not the bit I have fenced off for mindees!!) Tools away, fallen fruit picked up, water inaccessible
Hope that helps. Not much use posting mine as it is for my setting.
