Today i got giving some cooking apple's but i lost my recipes book's does any one have any recipes for cooking apples i could have.

Stuff them with mixed dried fruit in a little water and sugar and bake them in the oven.

i just bought some today, gonna stew them up then make them in to pies or crumbles to have with custard or dessert.
could cut themin to small chunks and bake them in a cake or muffins
mix them with blackberries for pies

Thank you all i will try to make some cakes on friday with the kids or some pies.
