I've not been on a while but I wanted to post and thank you all for your help/advice/resources shared etc on the forum which has immensly aided me in improving my service and helped me to get an Excellent/Grade 6 across the board today in my Care Commission inspection.

Won't be me till my CCO retires cos she told me last week that she doesn't give 6's cos we've always got something to learn, :angry: It was during a phone conversation and I didn't have time to argue, sorry discuss, but I will be reaquainting her with the criteria for a 6 next time I see her, :laughing:

Have you read the bumph on the SCMA forum though? I think the SCMA/CC would like anyone saying that kind of thing to be known to them as it's not on.

i was told kind of the same thinkg as keekee. i deserved a 6 my cco said but there is always room for improvment so she would give me 5's.

I'm a fully paid up member of the SCMA forum :laughing: so have discussed it on there. And I will be passing it on. I'm not saying I'm fantastic, but I know I do a lot more than than others that got all 5's like me. But I would like the opportunity to get 6's.
