DH is towards the end of building our summer house.
It will mainly house the playstation, pool table, etc in,
But say if I wanted to move some of my childminding toys/equipment out there, and had older minded kids playing in there, would Ofsted have to put the summer house on my registration and come out and have a look?
Any one any idea?

no idea, i presume they'd want to look at it and you'd have to risk assess it, but it sounds like a great idea!

I would do it like having a conservatory built.

Take photos, write up your emergency procedure including the summer house, do a RA and send it all off.

If they want to come out they'll ring you ... otherwise chase them up about a week later for a letter saying you can use it.

It sounds great! Lucky you :D
