it looks really nice. as a nite picker (literrally lately!!:laughing: ) i was told by ncma person that we don't use the term equal opps anymore but INCLUSION.
there that was my bit LOL

Think I got my "equal opp" policy from Bromley!?....so, you rekon I should change it to "Inclusion" then??...can easily do that, NCMA should know what is right I s'pose...thanks for that!!:thumbsup:

That's a really good website - you've got loads of information on there :clapping:

I also used Bromley as a guide for my policies so I have an "Equal Opportunities Policy" and it is one of the few that my pre-reg Ofsted Inspector looked at and she didn't say that I should change it, but I think I will anyway!!

Well done and I hope you get loads of enquiries from it! :thumbsup:
