Has anybody got and who wouldn't mind sharing,or know where i can get a short observation template? most of my obs are photo obs that i print out on the comp and link to eyfs, but i could do with doing some obs that are just written really. I know lots of people use post it notes but i am a bit of a tidy freak and would really like them printed out! they are only for short obs so would maybe like 4 on an a4 sheet, i have the eyfs stickers to use for them so wouldn't need lots of space for writing.
thankyou

Yes there's one in free downloads from Tatia.
There are also free observation sheets on the Eyfs CD.
Little Miss Sparkles has also just shared this link where you will find some ideas -

There are more on www.bromleycma.org.uk.

Thanks Sarah and Little Miss sparkles I've had a look at the link too!
Have been trying to think if I have seen any that you could adapt. Will look, and get back to you. Meanwhile I'm sure someone else will be along with some ideas!

Think I am going to use something similar to that. The one I have been using has no space for next steps.
Thanks for sharing:thumbsup:
