Thankyou very much everyone, i don't think its sunk in yet! I know i wouldn't of been able to to it without this site and everyone here!
as for tips.................don't know where to start! She read all my policies in detail and asked questions on them. She noted down everything that the children said. One had a nasty accident when she was here (typical:rolleyes: ) but she said i had delt with it in a appropriate manner, i had a child pull anothers hair and she said she liked the way i delt with that calmly. She loved the playroom and didn't even come in the house. She liked the way the door was constantly open and the children flitted inside and out. We were visiting Hawaii this week (using Sarah's world travellers ideas) so when she arrived the children presented her with a Lei and said Aloha!
She said she liked the way i got the children to help to lay the table, and how they were given choices at every opportunity.
I had a collection by a Parent (dad) when she was here and she asked if he was happy with my services and he said i was fantastic and they wouldn't want to go anywhere else (i will give him his fiver later!) If i think of anything else i will let you know!
