Just filling in a questionaire and i think i am thinking too deep on this on this one and i'm not sure how to put it into words

I suppose it depends on whether the focus is on "childminding" or "business".

As a childminder my aim is to offer child care that is a fun home from home environment where children enjoy their time and parents are happy and confident to leave their child with me. I want to help the children learn, be healthy and enjoy themselves at the same time.

As a business, I suppose I want to have a good reputation and be successful. Financially, for me, its about being able to earn enough money to buy things back into my CM business but also have money for myself for my "wage", pay the bills, treat my family etc.

Its quite a hard one really isnt it?
