I had a visit from parents last week wanting care for there 2 yr old girl, they said that the health visitor is helping them sort childcare and they (HV) pay the first £100 of care and parents pay the rest, im currently waiting for a letter from their hv as they want to start child early august, has anyone else heard of this help and do they pay on time?

Our network is a community one and provides care in this way. The contracts are signed by the parent, HV, network co-ordinator and me but the money is actually paid by the network(NCMA). This is the only way I have experienced this
