Don't like to say it but I'm going to.......... TOLD YOU SO!! :D

In a thread last year I said that it was not all set in stone and not to panic and things were very likely to change before the full statutory guidance was finalised.

There are sure to be more teething problems that will be ironed out over the coming months.
