The inspector has written errors on my actual description! She said I was registered in 2005 NO it was 2008. She got the ages of my children wrong too. I've rang them and got it changed but that's not the point.
She has copied most of my SEF word for word and just included that.
I'm VERY disappointed

You need to write to Ofsted wih you complaints. They have to correct factual mistakes. There is no reason why you can't challenge other statements as well. Always best in writing though.
The bit about my childrens ages I find and infringement of their privacy and I told my inspector that I wanted it removed. It is out of date the minute the report is published antway and 1,2,3 years on, well. I was quite happy to have that they were teenagers still at school. It would of course be correct to reflect that your children fall in the EYFS age or the over fives or over eights. This then gives, I think a more accurate flavour of your setting to the parent reading it and there is no need to record exact ages or sexes.
