Just a quick question , do any of you have a page in your handbooks about ofsted and childminders? If so what do you put ? I don't want to put too much in so as too bore parents but want them to be aware of who they are?

I don't. I have quite a bit for parents to go through so try and keep it to a minimum. Really don't think most parents are that bothered.

I suppose it would be your how to make a complaint page :rolleyes:

That needs to go on in depth about ways to contact Ofsted and their role should a complaint be made :D
