She's gone!
She was really nice and wasnt as scarey as I thought.
The reccommendations were to extend on the individual planning for the children to incorporate their interests and their changes in development as they grow.
Also need to do a couple more RA's.
Only thing I hadnt brushed up on was the different types of abuse- but managed to remember them all off the top of my head.
I put the 2mindees to bed and then she went through the q's with me.
She asked how much alcohol I drank (good job she didnt look in my blue bin! ) and also whether I took any recreational or prescription drugs. I said no to the drugs, then my 3 year old pipes up "You're lying"
I asked her what she meant - as the inspector had heard it and she said that I did naughty things and pushed her over and didnt do jigsaws with her! :panic:
Luckily the inspector had got the measure of Emma in those 3 hours and laughed! - I didnt!!
So, a big thanks to all you guys, for all the advice and help you've given me. Thank you
Got a Good and am relieved!

cant believe she asked how much you drink- as long as youre sober on the job its none of their business surely!
Mine never asked. Besides, I only drink so I can teach the kids how to recycle glass

Hi, Well done. Children can be funny! When I had my inspection a child said to the inspector 'Will you just shut up' !!!! He had been very patient and she was now interupting our lunch & recall chat of the mornings events. Then after lunch she sat too close the water activity and he showered her with a sieve of water!! Lucky it was a sieve and not a pan!!! She saw the funny side even though her laptop was wet!! She said she was too close!

Well done. Yes, she asked me about alcohol and drugs and even asked me if I knew what the safe limit was (I did know) and also asked to see where I stored my alohol (Spanish duty free)
