mindee is in bed having a nap, so sat here with a cuppa and a chocolate cake :clapping:

she mainly focused on interactions with mindee, safeguarding, risk assessments, medical/accident records, paperwork (obs etc)

she really liked my obs forms, simple to the piont and all the information needed without being tons of paperwork.

she loved my caps for the kids, photos on digital photoframe, and how i was happy to sit back and let mindee play with me interfering (as she said some minders feel like they need to be in there all the time)

she was here for 2 hours and thats WITHOUT doing my SEF :thumbsup:

Whats on your obs forms hebs??? I have got lots of different ones but am unsure as to which to use. Yours sounds ideal!!! :thumbsup:
