have you checked the NCMA website, might be on their site for parents to access.

If not you can do a search on the DCFS website on their publications bit.

funny thing is, know what you mean but can't put my finger on it! Have you tried nursery world archives online, might be an abstract from it in there - Beverly Hughes was big supporter of home childcare and she wrote regularly for them didn't she?
