Not sure what sort of risk assess to do for activities, or how often to do one. Should I do one for every activity? Could someone help please. Brain full of mush today.

I wouldn't RA activities. As long as you have RA'd your overalls - ie garden - and included in this is the sand play etc, indoors then I don't see the need too RA specific activities

Do you mean on your activity palns ie supervise young chilren with scissors etc...?

yeh, its a craft, that includes cutting and sticking. so wonders about RA ie, scissors, glue etc.
