Do they normally come from your local area or do they travel distances to do inspections?Is the inspection very formal or are they usually reasonably friendly and chatty - I realise probably depends on who you get.I think I'd feel better about it if I felt it wasn't too formal!Do they literally follow you round from room to room? :panic:

I think the inspectors cover quite a large area.

They usually just sit with their laptop, and look through your paperwork, so have everything out ready for her to see, and you just get on with your normal day, looking after the kids. She will ask to have a look around the house too.

She'll observe, and write bits up, and ask questions if she needs to. She won't interupt, and understands that the kids come before her!

She'll then tell you when she's finished, so you can sit with her, and she'll do a review & give you your grading.

It is quite informal.
