Ofsted phoned me again the other day but still aren't coming out as I still don't have any kids under 5 here after 9am. I can't help it, that's just the way things have turned out, but to be honest I just want to get it all over and done with :rolleyes:

They won't wait forever. They will come one day.

You will get a satisfactory grade if you are not minding for Eyfs.

There is nothing wrong with satisfactory - it means you are meeting the requirements. :D

I shall just keep my fingers crossed that the mum who phoned me on Sunday about having her 3yo 10am-2.45pm gets the job she's interviewing for today and phones me back again, and work on marketing myself better if she doesn't.
