I would have some oragnise activities ready for when she comes, you will probably find it easier that way.
I know its easier said than done but do try to calm down, It sounds like you have got yourself as ready as you will ever be. My top tip is to approach it as a learning experience, that way if there are any recommendations etc you will be in the right frame of mind to accept them and move forward.
Remember they are not out to trip you up - they are there to give you guidance as well as check things.
Good luck:thumbsup:

All there is to say is good luck and really sell yourself, and i mean that. Tell her everything that you do no matter how small it is as it all counts. :clapping:

I have inspection this week and I am totally stressed, I know everything should be ok, but I can't calm down.
I have a plan for the week, and I know my mindees will like the activities but I am always worried about the inspection and then once it's done I always wonder why I worried quite so much.....and yet here I am again :panic:

I was actually registered last July - but was still working until december and did not discover this forum till Jan. I only started minding in April. I had 2 phone calls last year from OFSTED wanting to come and inspect me, but I postponed the inspection both times as I did not have any mindees.
Anyway, good luck again ;)

Firstly none of you panic!!!! (specially you AD)!:D
Secondly think of it as feedback & not an inspection!
Thirdly don't worry if the kids aren't interested in plans...just go with the flow...shows you have plans & are child led:thumbsup:
& lastly...even if Mrs OFSTED says if I'm not here by x time, then I'm not coming....BEWARE they do turn up late, to catch you on the hop!!!!
Good luck!:)

My best tip - don't do anything on the day that you wouldn't normally do or you (or the children) might trip yourself up!
I'm sure you'll be fine
Good luck
