Not only did it take them 6 weeks to send me my Ofsted report following my inspection which i had in February but it has now taken them 4 months nearly to send me my Outstanding Cert and logo details - well done Ofsted - your grade has to be unsatisfactory:laughing:

i was gutted when my certificate came with out anything other than the norm on not even a gold star
