Just been inspected and had the same inspector as last time. When she gave me Outstanding :jump for joy: my eyes just filled. I have to thank everyone on this forum. It's been a tough year - my husband had open heart surgery last Sept and things have been pretty topsy turvy here. My local drop in centre and co-ordinator are uninspiring (last time I went the co-ordinator was unsure that the info she was giving childminders was correct). Both myself and the little ones did not benefit from going there so a few of us got together to meet in each others homes and the children get so much more from this. Absolutely everything I have done - policies, procedures, how to plan, observe etc have come from this forum. I told the inspector all of this and she said how hard I have worked to do everything I have done.
So a bit thank you to you all for this as I really could not have done it without the wonderful help and advice on this forum. :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:
