Read somewhere that when the forms are sent in to ofsted,They have already done some checks before they come to see you.

what checks is it they do ?

I don't think that they do any before your meeting. They come out mega fast after you've sent the forms in so I don't think they would have the time for any checks.

Hi I spoke to ofsted yesterday about my forms and they said they are doing checks with social services and then they will be in contact with a date, so not to sure what these checks are.

Yes, when i had my pre -reg visit my inspector told me they had started doing the social services check and my hubby's had been completed and they were still awaiting mine.

So they do start processing a few checks as soon as they get your application form. XX
