i posted on here a little while ago about the fact that i was moving house and how ofsted had told me on the phone that i couldnt mind in the new house untill my certificate arrived but that it was ok to still mind at my current address untill it did ???? , anyway after many phoncalls and clarification (it turned out they gave me information regarding nursery settings moving to new premises iyswim) , well my new certificate arrived this morning and i was very pleased to finally have it without having to have a new inspection but wait for it ........ it still has the original address on it :angry:, along with a letter stating the reason for a new certificate as being " due to moving house" duh do they not check these things before sending them, out obviously not :angry:

when i moved house ofsted sent my new certificate with my new address on to my old house!! They are useless
