mine took 7 months whereby 2 months were lost due to sickness of my CCO and another 2 months due to a so called friend not doing my reference for me. ( I never found out about it until I called CC to chase them for an update on the progress of my application)

I am glad it is all done now though!! now just need to find me some mindees!!

well as far as I am concerned I am done since my CCO was out and ok'd everything. I was told I can start having settling in session already (she said as soon as I sign the letter with my conditions that's me.

But I can't wait to get my certificate to frame it and put it on my wall.
(what I didn't know was that I had to display my complaints procedure as well...

So now I am not sure if I should get 2 matching frames, or just 1 nice one for the cert and just pin the laminated complaints proc beside it on the wall...
