It says:
"May care for no more than three children under 8 years; of these, not more than one may be under 5 years at any one time."
I have 3 children of my own aged 6, 4 and 4.

Sounds to me like they've included your own children as generally, it's three under five but it seems you're only allowed one and therefore counting your own children as your 6 year old is classed as you're over 5.

Mine does'nt but for 2.5yrs I thought it did.
It was only when I wrote in for a variation that a nice man rang me to say I didn't need it as I was within my numbers, I felt like a right numpty!
mine says 3 i have 3 of my own so no it doesnt incldue them on there....although they did mess up anyway so have had to have a variation on the grounds of their mess lol

I does include my own children as I asked them. I have 3 children so it would have meant I couldnt actually mind as I was over my numbers  so numpty here emailed just to check :)
