OK its not a tricky one, boy 1yr comes Fri am only his mum wants him to come Mon-Fri so I overlap for 4hrs on a Thursday and have

boy 2yr
girl 4yr
girl 2 1/2yr

Now where is the problem. Its been nearly a month now since I put in my request but I stupidly also got in touch with them to say my DD had turned 8. OH NO they are now sorting it both together and when ever I ring I get told that they are waiting for the manager to review it. :angry: I've had enough now. I have been registered since Dec so am probably going to get an inspection too which could be the delay because they are trying to do it all at once!

Did you use the graph I sent you. Mine certificate was through in 6 days from emailing to having it in my hand.

Be persistant - ask to speak to the manager. Say that you are going to lose the child if they don't talk to you.
