Preparing for my 1st Care Commission Inspection. I have been advised at last years annual SMCA conference to prepare a Participation Stragegy :panic: so far it covers how I get children and parents involved. But only a paragraph long, is anyone prepared to share their one with me, please?

do you mean things like ...

newsletters
encouraging parents to share the diary
asking for parents to help the children select something red or similar for a theme
continuos communication regarding the child's development
I am aware you do not do eyfs but if you do some form of observations maybe you sho them to parents and gain some form of written feedback
