Got my inspection next week and ............All was going well until.................a cat killed a bird last night and left all the feathers all over my lawn. So I bet I'm the only childminder who has hoovered her lawn before her inspection:laughing: :laughing: as if I havent got enough to worry about.
Roll on next week when its all over.

Wouldn't stress about your inspection, was dreading mine for days before but actually went really well. Don't put an act on as my inspector was pleased that i did'nt and actually left the children to play by themselves for a lot of the time. She said that inspectors can always tell when childminders aren't themselves. good luck

It must of been a weird sight for my neighbours and no I didnt bother dusting the plants............still waiting though no sign yet............this week is dragging. Glad it wasnt monday as the first day back after the holidays the children werent at their best. Settled down today thank goodness. So all being well can get inspection over tomorrow fingers crossed. I'm not worried about her coming its just been watched!!! To think how I come across tomorrow can affect my grade regardless of all the work and effort I have been doing for the past 3 years doesnt count. Its like sitting my exams again :(
