I am just filling in all the paperwork in order to join a network and one question is "where would I go to for info and resources about different family types?"
I was going to put, that I would google for more information but is there somewhere I should go to first?

I studied sociology for A level & have used my books & knowledge gained...but this is a great website which I have used in the past:
http://sixthsense.osfc.ac.uk/sociology/research/family_diversity.asp
PS...You can google...use support groups ie gingerbread for single parent dads etc & seek guidance from appropriate professionals., as well as the family's themselves!!!:)

Where would you go for the info???? CDO, NCMA, Internet, books I suppose...
Inforrmation pertaining to the actual family type - well I would ask the family I suppose.
Sounds a bit of a confuzzling question
