Well, I received my ncma pack a month or so ago now, all there apart from my Handbook but was told this could come at a later date although I have now heard they dont issue these anymore as there is a guide on the net to refer to. Fair enough.

Door bell rings... it's DHL with a box for me from NCMA. Okay... so open it up and it's another whole new NCMA pack so now I have duplicate everything!

They have stopped the handbooks now.
I seem to have had a running battle with NCMA at moment as i did not recieve my renewal form and had to chase it up, also they sent me my new membership number which had a link to factsheets on their website but i cannot for life of me find it.

Am wondering if it is worth joining MM in future as feel let down by their service
